How pricing works
One price, set before anything starts.
There’s no hourly rate and no price list. Every house is different, and a real price takes a real look at the project.
Send your project. Hawkin looks it over and sends back one number. You decide if it works for you. Nothing gets scheduled and nothing gets charged until you say yes.
No pressure either way.
Project Day
Got a list? Send the whole thing.
Small stuff adds up. A shelf that needs hanging, a door that doesn’t close right, a dresser still in the box. None of it’s worth a separate visit on its own.
Send it all as one project. Hawkin looks at the whole list, figures out the plan, and gives you one price for the day.
